2018 minutes request info and board meeting details

Dear members,

If you are interested in reading through the 2018 SBWA meeting minutes.....please feel free to email me. I have all of these in pdf format. Please send your email to spiritbendcommunity@gmail.com.

Our last board meeting before the annual meeting will be on January 9th at the library at 6:00 PM. If you plan on attending, please let me know in advance.  The library requires the number of people expected.

Annual Meeting, Board Seat Nominations and Absentee Ballot

Hello SBWA members,

We are approaching the time of year for our Annual Meeting.
Please look for correspondence in the VERY near future regarding a few things.

You will be receiving a letter asking for nominations as there will be Board Seats open.
You will also be receiving an invitation to the Annual Meeting,
which has been scheduled for January 20th, 2019. Please note this is a Sunday.
Our meetings have normally been on Saturday. You will also be receiving a absentee ballot
that will detail out who has accepted nominations and who you can vote for in case you
are unable to make it to the Annual Meeting. Please remember that in order to vote as
our By-Laws stipulate, you must be a member in good standing. So make sure your account
is current.

We look forward to seeing you at the Annual Meeting!
This is a great time to meet new members and catch up with friends you may not see regularly.

Also, be thinking about bringing a goodie to share. We like to have a potluck before the meeting.
Details for that will be on the Annual Meeting invitation. That will go out December 20th, 2018.
